Day I

Irkutsk city tour. Irkutsk is one of the most beautiful cities in Siberia, a city that combines old and new, historical and modern, European and Asian.

During the tour you will visit:

Day II
The first meeting with Lake Baikal

A trip to Listvyanka settlement.

On the way to Listvyanka, visit one of the best wooden architecture museums — «Taltsy».

In Listvyanka you will visit the Baikal flora and fauna museum and the fish and souvenir market, where you will see various types of Baikal fish and beautiful souvenirs made by local craftsmen.

Lunch at a restaurant overlooking the lake.

Ascent to the observation platform «Chersky Stone», which offers a panoramic view of Lake Baikal and the ice-free source of the Angara River.

If there is time and desire, for an additional fee in Listvyanka you can:
* rent skates and skate on the crystal ice of Baikal;
* rent a snowmobile and drive through the snowy forest;
* ride a dog sled and take cool photos with charming huskies for memory.

Day III
Hello, Olkhon!

Breakfast at the hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel, you will go to Olkhon Island. On the way, you can enjoy views of the Tazheran steppes, which attract attention with their dense deciduous forest and spacious fields.

A visit to the Buryat Local History Museum. Here you will get acquainted with local traditions and shamanism.

A stop at the Golden Horde ethnopark, where you will get acquainted with the original culture of the indigenous population, carefully preserved by the Baikal Buryats for centuries. Also, during your visit to the ethnopark, you will have a master class on making buuzas and lunch. Buuzas are an ancient national dish, usually cooked on major holidays or for the arrival of a distinguished guest. The origin of buuzas goes back a long way in history and is shrouded in legends, containing the wisdom of the Buryat people. In its shape, buuza resembles a yurt. You will be able to make the traditional dish yourself under the guidance of our specialist. The buuza will be cooked and served to you for tasting. Then you will cross the Strait of Olkhon Gates, take a short trip around the island in UAZ vehicles, and you will be in its «capital», the village of Khuzhir.

In the evening, you can take a walk along the sandy Saraysky Beach and, in clear weather, enjoy the sunset over the Primorsky Range on the opposite side of Baikal.

Day IV
Baikal ice!

After breakfast, you will go on an excursion to one of the most beautiful and visited islands of the Small Sea — Ogoy Island.

This time of year, Baikal attracts with fantastic views, ice sculptures and statues created by nature. You will have the opportunity to see and take beautiful photographs of crystal clear ice, icy splashes on coastal cliffs and ice grottoes.
